1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using WaveCastUK's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WaveCastUK provides IPTV subscription access and a reseller credit panel. Channel availability, on-demand library contents and features may change over time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use WaveCastUK's services.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You agree not to use your account on more devices at the same time than your plan includes.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

The service is for personal, non-commercial viewing in your household. You agree not to:

• record, copy, rebroadcast, publicly display or redistribute any stream;
• share, sell or publish your login details, or resell access outside our official Reseller Program;
• attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live, including holding a TV Licence where one is required.

6. Payment & Billing

All plans are prepaid for their stated duration. There is no automatic renewal or rebilling — access simply ends when the paid period expires unless you buy a new plan. See our Refund Policy for refunds and cancellations, including your statutory rights.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Streaming quality also depends on your own broadband connection, home network and device, which are outside our control.

8. Reseller Program Terms

Reseller credits are governed by the terms described on our Reseller page. Resellers are responsible for their customers' compliance with these Terms. If a reseller or any of their customers breaches these Terms, we may suspend the affected accounts and the reseller's panel.

9. Intellectual Property

All WaveCastUK branding, site content and software interfaces remain our property or that of our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal right to access the service — it does not transfer ownership of any content or software.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for interruptions caused by your broadband connection, home network, device or third-party apps. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including use on more devices than the plan allows, redistribution of streams or fraudulent payment activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the service after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.
